Sandringham Villa is a provider of Adult Mental Health Services for those individuals who require 24 hour nursing care, without the need for admission to acute in-patient services. Sandringham Villa accepts individuals on short or long term basis.

Sandringham Villa accepts individuals who are informal and wish to comply with treatment and also offers an opportunity for individuals who are currently on a Section of the Mental Health Act who can be placed on Section 17 leave. This service is also available for units who require their beds for acute admissions and can offer their patients section 17 leave and the opportunity to progress their rehabilitation in the community. Respite care can be provided to private individuals.
